    I found this place clean, neat and fresh cut veggies even when we arrived 30 min. close to closing. Grace was really nice and with a great variety of everything she prepared great subs. She took the time to asked me for the possible options in them. Remind me of the new variety of chips and drinks, too.

    Stopped there in the afternoon. Only one person working and there were several individuals in line. He was patient with us and never once was rude or rushed us along in our selections.

    After purchasing a sandwich on the mobile app it was made completely wrong and when I returned (on the clock) to have it remade, it was obvious that I was just an inconvenience to the staff even though the error was on their part. They continued to ignore me and take other customers instead of acknowledging any solution to my incorrect sandwich. Terrible customer service.

    OK, I need to update my review, As I had said before I have lived near this store for 7 years, used to always have a nice experience here, that is till Renee took over. Since then the store is filthy, the employees are rude, As well as her...wont be back as long as she's running that place.

    Have to say this is the worst situation of customer service that I have ever been in regarding upper management. I ordered online and have been waiting over an hour now for my order. The worker behind the counter has been exceptional as he stayed to work when another coworker did not bother to show up. He even couldn't pick up his own child due to trying to keep the customers happy that have been flowing in. For the manager not to care to help that's absolutely incredible it should not be left to a sole employee to just deal. I have counted in my hour 37 customers he has serviced and all of them thanking him as much as he thanked them and is keeping them cool and calm. I have a family of 5 and that's why I came here because we love subway. Be glad your employee saved the day because management sure hasn't. I can tell you I won't be returning to this store.
